Hi.  I’m Russ Melrose and this is my website/blog.  Here are a few snippets about me.  I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and have been for about the last fifteen years.  I also have a Masters Degree in English.  I grew up in Minneapolis before moving to Utah as a teen.  Since then I’ve spent most of my life here in Utah, mostly in Salt Lake City.  I got into hypnosis back in the early ’90s which happened to be around the same time I began to consciously seek out a spiritual path—and what a trip that’s been.  I’m a doting father of a teenage daughter—she, of course, loves the doting part but not much else.  The outdoors is a turn on for me along with movies, good books, and sports.  I also enjoy tinkering with websites.
